  • •Use the iOS app on jailbroken devices
  • •Attempt to bypass in-app purchases

4Liability Limitations

Maximum liability: Your subscription fee paid

Excludes damages from:

  • •Browser incompatibility issues
  • •Third-party outages (e.g., Stripe/Google Cloud)

5Termination

We may suspend accounts for:

  • •Chargeback abuse
  • •Suspended Stripe accounts
  • •Violations of Section 3
